Tony Olson

FOUNDER & ceo

Tony Olson is the Founder of Webster Capital. Webster represents his capital deployed through a platform built on operating success, disciplined decision-making, and intuition refined over time. Before investing, Tony spent decades building companies, leading teams, and making accountable decisions where execution determined outcomes. His operating success, most notably through SPINS, established the foundation for how Webster allocates capital today.

Matt Feldman

Managing Director (Tasseo)

Matt Feldman is a Managing Director at Tasseo.
Previously, he was a Managing Director at LionTree, where he helped build the firm’s global M&A advisory business and later led its European expansion and investment platform focused on digital media. Earlier in his career, he worked in M&A at UBS Investment Bank.
He holds a B.A. in Economics from Yale University, where he was captain of the Division I varsity tennis team.

Dan Gross

Managing Director (Tasseo)

Dan Gross is a Managing Director and Co-Founder of Tasseo. Prior to founding Tasseo, he served as COO of a private label dog treats business, leading sales, finance, and global supply chain across five manufacturing facilities. Earlier, he spent nearly a decade at Encore Consumer Capital, focusing on investments across food, beverage, pet, and personal care.
He holds a B.A. from Northwestern University and an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business, where he was an Arjay Miller Scholar.

Mary Sullivan

Chief of Staff

Mary Sullivan serves as Chief of Staff at Webster Capital, working closely with the Founder to ensure strategic alignment across the portfolio — overseeing execution, performance coordination, and partnership development. Prior to Webster Capital, she spent over three years as a Technology Consultant serving major financial institutions. She holds a B.A. in Supply Chain Management and Information Systems from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.

Brianna Hoekstra

Director of Social Impact

Brianna Hoekstra leads Webster Capital’s social, environmental, and community initiatives. Prior to joining the platform in 2024, she served as Program Director at NAMI Cook County North Suburban and spent five years as a Special Education Teacher within Chicago Public Schools. She holds a B.A. in Special Education from Illinois State University and an M.A. in Education from DePaul University.
